A young boy visits an imaginary land where two frogs named What and Tadoo teach him how to protect himself and keep his body safe with the three basic rules, say no, get away and tell someone.

Relates the story of a boy who is being sexually abused by his uncle, and how difficult it is for him to tell.  Focus is put on being assertive and the importance of getting help if you are being touched.

When Should You Tell? (4 th , 5 th and 6 th grades)

The candid film deals with the sexual abuse of a 5 th grade girl by her teenaged cousin.  The story is narrated by the victim, and goes through her emotions, reactions and how important it is to tell if you are experiencing abuse.

Internet Safety:
Helpful websites are listed below for dealing with questions abut the Internet.  The Internet causes major concern for parents because of the many different areas your child can be granted access to that are NOT age appropriate. 

Ways to keep  your child safe:
1.  Be there with your child ...explore the Internet together and be aware of what   they are viewing.
2.  Share your values... let your child know which topics are and are not age-appropriate to explore on the Internet.
3.  Have discussions... be open with your child and show interest in what they like and want to learn about.
4.  Set limits... give your child certain time limits on the Internet so they can enjoy other activities as well.
5.  Placement of computers... put the family computer somewhere in the house so that you can monitor what is being viewed by your child.
6.  Personal information... explain to your child that they should never give out personal information over the computer---no address, phone number, full name or photos!
7.  www.myspace.com... every parent should log onto this website and decide for themselves if they want their child to use the site as a way to chat with or make new friends.
